The best street racer on Mt. Akina by night. He is... Fujiwara BUNTA. Out to save the local's pride in a city near you." - Takumi is the main character, yet who is better than him? His dad. That's right, Bunta. - The best racer in Initial D, period. - First Stage, Act 24: In the middle of a drift, Bunta takes his hands off of the wheel to get and light a cigarette. He wasn't even driving "seriously" yet at that point. This part in the series is a fan favorite. - His idea of a "practical and easy to drive" car is a Subaru Impreza WRX. - Bunta trained his son to drift and drive fast on mountain passes by making him deliver tofu at 4AM, even though Takumi was driving illegally at the time. |
