General
Itsuki is Takumi's best friend who dreams of being a famous street racer. He's really into the racing world although isn't really part of it.
Personality
Itsuki is almost the complete opposite of Takumi. Loud and obnoxious, he's a troublesome one. Sometimes he's a bit of a braggart and has a lot of determination, but his feelings can be easily hurt.
Friends and Family
As mentioned above, Takumi is Itsuki's best friend. His other close friends are Iketani and Kenji. In First Stage, he liked a girl called Saori and went out with her a couple of times. In Second Stage, he became close with and fell in love with Kazumi, who also taught him how to drift.
Racing

In trying to match up to Takumi by getting a Hachi Roku, he accidently bought a Hachi Go (AE85). It's actually a big difference from the Hachi Roku, but Itsuki began to like it after Takumi cheered him up. He practices on Mount Akina often but still cannot drive like the other street racers can. Iketani promised Itsuki that he could join the Speedstars if he ever bought a car. After purchasing the hachi go, Itsuki immediately put a Speedstars logo on it.
