Kenji is one of the top 3 drivers of the Akina SpeedStars and can often be seen hanging around the gas station talking with Iketani, Itsuki, and Takumi.
Personality
There's not much to say about Kenji's personality except that he's probably the most normal character in the series. He's rather pessimistic when he's serious though.
