General
Mogi is Takumi's girlfriend. Their relationship hasn't been smooth throughout the series, but they eventually get resolved. Unlike most of the characters in this series, she doesn't race at all nor does she drive. During high school, she earned money by spending time with someone she calls "Papa".
Personality
Mogi is usually really cheerful, and she is the one Takumi calls when he feels frustrated. At first she doesn't realize how hard it is to earn money since she gets it so easily from "Papa," but she was willing to try and earn it the hard way later in the series.
Friends and Family
No family is mentioned. The one she calls "Papa" is not her father. In Japan, sometimes old men will pay young girls to spend time with them. The girls will call this person, "Papa." From Mogi's conversation with Miki (her exboyfriend) in Third Stage, it seems that this old man is Miki's father.
In the Anime, it mainly shows Takumi as her friend. She is popular in school though and has many friends there.
Racing
As stated in the first section, she doesn't race and has only watched a race once just to see Takumi. It doesn't seem like Mogi has any interest in cars.
