General
Seiji is the #2 driver of the Irohazaka Emperors, usually representing the Emperors in races instead of Kyouichi. Like the rest of the Emperors, he views the Lancer Evolution as the best car and has a tendency to judge other racers by their cars rather than their skill. On his spoiler, he has started a collection of team logos from the teams that he has defeated. He cuts them in half and sticks them on his spoiler upside down.Personality
Seiji is very arrogant and often goes too far with his words, causing trouble. Before and during races, he is very relaxed because of his confidence in winning.
Friends and Friends
Seiji and Kyouichi are always seen together in the series, and his other friends are members of the Emperors.
Racing
Car: Lancer Evolution IV [CN9A]Team: Irohazaka Emperor (#2 driver)
Seiji's driving style is very aggressive and lacks patience. He drives a white Lancer Evolution IV. Since the Lancer Evolution is four wheel drive, its driving style is different. Seiji knows how to do difficult drifts with it though and knows how to use high angles for faster turns. Although his skills are exceptional, Kyouichi considers them "not up to par."
