Seiji is a member of the Emperors, which is a team of professional Lancer Evolution racers. Like Kyouichi, he also has decals of teams he's beaten on his spoiler. They're cut in half and stuck upside down.
Personality
Seiji's personality is not very likable in the Live Action. He's loud, rude, and arrogant. He's nothing but a bully and does not take things seriously.
Friends and Family
Seiji is often seen with Kyouichi and is almost like Kyouichi's right hand man.
Racing
Seiji drives a Lancer Evolution IV. In the race against Takumi, he gave into pressure and got careless when Takumi rode too close to his tail.
Differences from the Anime
The Live Action version of Seiji is actually pretty close to the Anime Seiji. The main difference is appearance, and the Live Action version of Seiji seems louder than the Anime version.
