General
Shingo is a member of Myogi's Night Kids and is their #2 driver, although he believes he should be the leader.
Personality
During First Stage, Shingo had a crazy personality that often endangered other street racers. His really aggressive driving can be proof for that. However, after a complete defeat from Takumi, he became a lot friendlier afterwards.
Friends and Family
Shingo hangs out with the other drivers in the Night Kids. Shingo and Takeshi looked like bitter enemies during First Stage but are actually friends. He is also close friends with Sayuki of Impact Blue.
Racing

Shingo races with his EG6 which he thinks is the best car in its class. When he drives, he uses an advanced left foot braking technique. His specialty is a gumtape match where each of the drivers' right hand is gumtaped to the steering wheel. This way, steering is limited, and it's impossible to counter steer.
